Heating, Cooling, and Water

Examples of HVAC or water heating emergencies include when your heat isn’t working and your unit drops below 67°F, your AC goes out during hot weather over 80°F, or you have no water, discolored water, or no hot water.

Gas Leak

If you smell rotten eggs, it could mean there’s a gas leak. Leave right away and call MG&E’s emergency line at (608) 252-1111. After that, let our maintenance team know so we can follow up. You can find more info on MG&E’s website.

Plumbing Leak

Report leaks as soon as you notice them—whether it’s a dripping faucet, running toilet, or water on the floor. Quick reporting helps us prevent further damage to your apartment and the building. Attempt to catch any water until maintenance arrives.

Locks

Locked out? Contact us to request assistance getting back into your home. If it happens after regular office hours, please call our emergency line for help. Our on-call staff can meet you at the property to unlock your door. Please note that lockout fees may apply, especially for after-hours service.
