Zoning Permit Approved

We’re celebrating a big milestone in our redevelopment journey: today we received conditional approval for our zoning permit!

Before any redevelopment can move forward, a project has to be reviewed to make sure it fits within the city’s zoning requirements—things like land use, building height, parking, and overall neighborhood impact. Getting zoning approval is essentially the city’s way of saying, “Yes, this project works here.”

Conditional approval means we’ve cleared this major hurdle, with just a few final details to iron out before it becomes fully official. It’s an important step because it gives us the green light to move forward with the next phases of planning and design.
