If you’ve been navigating around the property lately, you’ve probably noticed a few more orange cones than usual. That’s because Allen Court is currently closed—partly due to our ongoing construction project, and partly due to additional road work the city has started at Allen Boulevard and Century Avenue. Needless to say, access is a little more limited than usual.

How to Get In & Out
For the time being, please use the driveways on Marina Drive or Century Avenue to enter and exit the property.

We Know… The Timing Isn’t Great
We get it—two construction projects at once isn’t anyone’s idea of perfect timing. But we truly appreciate your patience and flexibility as we work through it together. It’s a bit of a squeeze for everyone, so let’s all do our best to stay calm, courteous, and kind to one another.

A Quick but Important Reminder
Please drive slowly through the property—even if you’re running late. With children, pets, and pedestrians moving through the property, safety has to come first. A few extra seconds can make all the difference.
